How to schedule a meeting through Outlook
Open Outlook and start a new meeting.
Set your meeting Title and date / time.
Select the room finder next to the location tab. This will allow you to find an available room for your new meeting.
Select your location from the drop down menu and then you will see below a list of available conference rooms for that location. Select an available room. If you don’t see the room you are looking for it is possible there is a conflict in the room’s schedule or it is outside of the room’s available operation hours.
After you schedule your meeting the conference room will be reserved and others will not be able to book it during that time. Two minutes after you schedule your meeting the display in the room will reflect any upcoming meetings on the schedule for the room.
