To change your Application password, you’ll need to log into Office 365, https://portal.office.com, with your RESPEC email address and network password. Click on the icon that looks like a gear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.  This should bring up Settings.  Scroll down and select Office 365 underneath Your app settings.  This should bring up another Settings page.  Select Security & Privacy from the left-hand side and then select Additional security verification.  From there, select the last link, Create and manage app passwords.  This should bring up another page where you can delete your app password and create a new one.  Make sure you do a copy and paste of the new password into a new text or Word doc, as this is your only chance to see it.  Enable Remember my login info when you start your applications, so you don’t have to enter that password every time you start an application.
