This article is instructions on how to refresh your USB policy if your computer is not receiving a new white list exception.


First right-click the windows start menu and select "Settings"


Then select "Accounts"


Then select "Access work or school"


Then click on "Connected to RSI AD domain"



Click on "Info"



Scroll down on the next window and select "Sync"




Once the sync is complete you will have the most recent USB exceptions.
