In Outlook open up the Address Book from the top menu bar.

Click the "Advanced Find" button next to the address book drop down.

In the search window, search for the name of an office site location or a department.

Site- global list members will be users who belong to the site location in their "Office" field.

Staff- global list members will be users who belong to the business unit program lists in the "Department" field.

For a full list of Site- and Staff- directory lists and how they are setup. See the following Article. RESPEC Global Directory Lists.

NOTE: To see a list of standard Site location names see the RESPEC Site Locations List. To see the list of standard department names someone could belong to,

Because of the way Outlook works you will need to provide an exact Match to a Search result or at least an exact match to the start of a search result. For instance "G&A" will work and give results but "Marketing" would not because matches don't begin with this. Unfortunately at this time, Microsoft Outlook does not have wildcards that allow for partial matches. There are third party plug-ins however with more powerful searching.

Example of searching for all members in an Office location "Site-":

Example of searching for someone in a business unit program "Staff-":

If you need to check to see if a person is a member of a Site- list or Staff- list, you can search for the user in your address book and refer to their Location or Department.
