Finding the Cisco Secure Client in the Start Menu
1) Open the Start Menu and scroll through your installed applications list, click on Cisco Secure Client
Connecting with Cisco Secure Client:
1) Click on taskbar icon or open the application from the Start Menu
2) Click the site you wish to connect to from the dropdown menu. By default you should have only the site you are assigned to and the "Emergency Use Only" connection. If the site you have is incorrect please open a ticket and we will help get the correct site loaded for you.
3) You will be asked to sign in. Please login with your credentials: [email protected] email address, password, and authenticate with DUO. If you have any questions or problems please open a ticket and we will be happy to assist.
