No email security solution is perfect, so a method has been provided to enable reporting of potentially malicious email messages that get through.
In Outlook, the Phish Alarm button should automatically be installed. Click on this button to report potential phishing messages to CITS, which will then be reviewed.
Please only report messages that may be required to view but seem fishy and delete obvious spam messages that do not need to be reviewed.
If the Phish Alarm button does not appear in Outlook please contact IT Support for assistance.
