To streamline and simplify the process of requesting access to project folders on the N drive, we’ve made a form available on the Service Desk portal for you to complete. You can access the form in the service catalog at the following link – Nasuni - Project Access Request
You will need to fill out the project form with the pertinent information. You should search for and select the user who will receive access to the requested project.
Once that is down click inside the "Nasuni Project" field and search for the project number you are looking for. You can see the whole project number and name in the results. Select the project once it is found.
Note: If you can not find the project you are looking for in the drop down you can enter the exact project number in the field below. If you have the exact project number then the ticket will automatically execute adding you once your manager approves the request. If the project number is not correct there could be delays in gaining access as we will have to reach out to you to get the correct project.
The form will create a Service Request ticket for the project access. Your manager will receive an email to approve your request. If your manager approves the request then the system will attempt to automatically add you to the project for access. If the system has a problem finding your requested project a support agent will reach out to you to discuss and find the correct project. If you select a project from the drop down or add a correct project number in the text field the request is completed as soon as your manager approves.
