How does it work?


1) Administrators within the organization create templates to be show for different departments in the organization. RESPEC's marketting team will manage templates and execute giving them to the appropriate staff members. This ensures consistent branding and formatting with our signatures.


2) A user who has been onboarded to the service will begin to see that their signature in their outlook client on desktop or on mobile will have their configured signatures replaced with the template signatures provided by the service.


3) A user's data is pulled from Active Directory to fill in the fields that the signature template uses. Users can update the field data to customize it beyond Active Directory or to remove a field.



4) Users can have multiple signatures available to them that they can select from. The default is always used but if a user has multiple 

You can select the three dots in the upper right corner of a new email message to see your Add-ins. CodeTwo Signatures will be an available add-in, and clicking on it will present you with all available signature templates at your disposal.


How can you customize your signature fields?


First, navigate to "user.codetwo.com"


Edit any fields with your personal data in them that you want to reflect differently in your signature. The fields pull the default settings from our company's Active Directory service. Some fields, such as mobile number, may need to be customized for formatting or removed entirely if you don't want them to show in the signature. The signature will be updated to remain consistent with our corporate template. But you are in control of the fields presented on this page.
