Vasion PrinterLogic is our current printer management application. It uses an agent installed on PCs to directly install drivers and create printers.
After the software is installed and launches it appears as a task tray icon:
Right clicking the icon will give you a list of options:

If you see the "Login with Idp..." as the 5th option, click on "Login with Idp..."
That will launch your web browser and may prompt to activate a plugin. Click "Turn on Extension"
Once the addin is enabled click the refresh key on your browser and you should see a page letting you know your login was successful and you can close the tab.
The application will now evaluate your PC and install the relevant printers.
The right click menu:
"Add printer..." Launches the Vasion self-service portal where you can see all available printers across all locations and manually install printers if desired.
"Set default printer..." Opens a list of currently installed printers and lets you choose the default. (or delete a printer)
"Delete printer..." Opens a list of currently installed printers and lets you remove printers. (or set a default)
"View installed printers" Opens the windows control panel of printers. This is a good place to go to set your printing preferences if the defaults do not meet your needs.
"Logout ..." Will log out the current account from Vasion.
"Pull printing" - Not used
"Mobile printing" - Not used
"Refresh Configuration" - Re-evaluates PC for conditional printer installation. Automatic every 240 minutes.
